After nearly 16 years of ministry in Ohio, Bill, Amy, and their three children (now adults) moved to Collinsville, OK, in the summer of 2018 to pastor New Life Assembly. They encourage people to live for Jesus and challenge believers to pursue God wholeheartedly. Passionate about his church and community, Pastor Bill partners with local ministries serving Collinsville/Owasso. Bill and Amy emphasize that they came to serve the community, not just a church.

The experience Bill has had through pastoring has led into a passion of mentoring pastors through coaching, roundtables, and Church Boom cohorts, believing that healthier pastors lead to healthier churches. In December 2025, he earned a Master of Arts in Missional Leadership from Trinity Graduate School and, as of June 2026, is a Certified Coach with Church Boom.

When Bill and Amy aren't involved in ministry, they enjoy high school football, game nights with friends, and spending time together. If they are apart, Amy is probably shopping, and Bill is on a golf course somewhere.

After years of wrestling with God to say YES to what would become Stay The Post, Bill realized at a March 9, 2026, small-church pastor roundtable in Chandler, OK that he needed to take action to launch it. In the picture above, pastors at that roundtable gathered in prayer and encouragement. Within a few months, a Facebook post let the word out, followed by this site.

The hope is that through Stay The Post, other pastors will find their YES and move into all that God has for them, their families, and the people they lead.

Stay The Post is here because ministry is difficult, and those challenges are heightened when the pastor walks through them alone. We want to be a partner with pastors so they feel like they have someone in their corner.

Whether by helping pastors find resources to make ministry a little more efficient, ensuring they get the rest they need, providing pastoral coaching and leadership training, or simply offering a voice to bounce ideas off, Stay The Post is here so pastors can see longevity and fruit in all that God has called them to.
